variety of exercise and nutritional programs, (both
private & group) to enhance Personal Training programs
are designed exclusively for each client to reach their
individual goals privately through either “one-on-one”
or “buddy” sessions. Whether the goal is to focus on
weight loss, body building, overall strength or
cardiovascular/endurance conditioning, our programs are
tailored to reach your specific goals! Sessions take
place at our private gym, your home or at a local park.

Fit-Fun
Events are
offered throughout the year and designed for those who
are looking for FUN Fitness related activities as a
social addition to their fitness regimen! These events
include hiking, bowling, golfing, ice skating, charity
fun runs and other fun fitness activities. Please refer
