in dire need of a "workout makeover" ten years ago.
Molly listened and designed an awesome workout that
especially targeted my areas of concern. The workouts
were fun to do and I could actually feel my muscles
working.
Ten years later, I continue
to feel excited about working out with Molly and
attending her boot-camps. I truly look forward to each
class. I really like the fact that you don't do the same
thing each session. I also like to be told when I'm
doing something wrong to ensure I get the most out of
